A short distance from Lakeline Mall, Rosemary Denny Park lies along East Riviera Drive in quiet neighborhood off of Lakeline Blvd. Several parallel parking spaces are available along the road.
Rosemary Denny is a small neighborhood park that's not likely to draw many visitors from outside the area. But the paved trails provide a pleasant stroll down the length of the park. At one point a small stone bridge crosses the creek that feeds a small pond that might large enough to fish in. The terrain gently undulates and the new, smooth pavement means the hike here is accessible to all and should be ADA compliant.
For such a small park there's quite a diverse collection of amenities for visitors. A large number of picnic benches are sprinkled throughout the park, many of them covered and some sporting nearby cooking grills.
Got a walk in early in the morning and obviously I was not the only person who thought of this. Because it had rained yesterday I wanted to avoid any dirt trails and I had observed the paved trail here when I last drove by, so it seemed ideal.
The length of the trail here is not very long, so I made a few loops to get a bit over a mile and a half in.
