Coppertone and I mapped out this trail and a couple of others in the area that we had not done up to this point. All of the trail is pavement, which makes it ideal for walking with kids or riding bikes.
I was a bit surprised to see the number of benches and landscaping along the trail. Since almost all of the trail is beneath high tension power lines I was expecting more open fields and less vegetation.
Short flat path. Don't go out of your way for it, though.
This park has a nice, concrete paved trail that follows a large powerline for at least part of the trail. One nice feature about this trail is that there are plenty of park benches with shade. Rather than just being a straight path, the path does wind from side to side down the powerline easement, usually going behind homes.
This is definitely not worth a very far drive, but it is a nice walk if the ground is muddy and you live in the area.
I will return to hike the entire trail in the future.
