The website TV Over Mind has a top 10 list of movies that have a strong emphasis on hiking in their plot.

6. A Walk in the Woods

A Walk in the Woods at #6? Really? I loved Bill Bryson's book of the same name. It's one of my favorite books of all time, regardless of genre, and made me a Bryson fan of everything he writes. The movie just does not do it justice.

I suppose Bill Murray's film classic Meatballs didn't have enough walking in nature to qualify for the list. Whatever. As he so eloquently put it:
